HOW TO PLAY: The promotion is sponsored by EXPRESSIVE ARTS, INC. and begins on September 18, 2007 at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“(ET)”) and ends at 11:59 p.m. (ET) on October 12, 2007 (the “Contest Period"). Prize drawings (the "Prize Drawings") will be held on or about October 15, 2007 at 12:00 p.m. (ET). Only one entry per household permitted. Multiple entries are void and all entries are the property of EXPRESSIVE ARTS, INC. EXPRESSIVE ARTS, INC. has no responsibility for undelivered, lost, misdirected or late entries. 3. PRIZES: One (1) Grand Prize winner and (3) additional prize winners. Sample prizes include one (1) grand prize—EXPRESSIVE ARTS SHELF-HELP VALUE PACKAGE 3, valued at $32,000, one (1) EXPRESSIVE ARTS SHELF-HELP VALUE PACKAGE 2, valued at $22,500 and two (2) EXPRESSIVE ARTS SHELF-HELP VALUE PACKAGE 1, valued at $9,200. Awarded service packages must be redeemed within six months of issuance. The timeline for delivery of services is at the sole discretion of Expressive Arts, Inc. The award has no cash value. A cash refund of unused services will not be issued. Shelf-Help Value Package awards include listed services only. Awards do not include additional services, travel or hard goods expenses. Prizes are subject to change and will be randomly awarded from among eligible entries received. Winners will be notified by email, telephone or via U.S. mail. Prize Drawings will be conducted by a representative of EXPRESSIVE ARTS, INC., whose decisions are final on all matters relating to this sweepstakes. Return of any prize or prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and alternate selection. Odds of winning any prize depend on the number of eligible entries received. Prizes may not be substituted, transferred or exchanged. 4. GENERAL CONDITIONS: Open to legal U.S. residents, 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry. Void where prohibited and subject to all federal, state and local laws. Tax liability, if any, is the sole responsibility of the winner. Prize winners will be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release and IRS Form W-9 (as applicable) to be returned within the time specified or the winner will be disqualified and the prize award will be void. Limit one prize per person, family or household. All entries become the property of EXPRESSIVE ARTS, INC. Prize winners grant EXPRESSIVE ARTS, INC., its affiliates and subsidiaries permission to use their name and location and/or likeness and/or voice in any media now or hereafter known, for trade, advertising, promotional and/or any other purposes without further compensation, except where prohibited by law. Each entrant and/or prize winner agrees to (i) be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the judges; and (ii) release and hold harmless EXPRESSIVE ARTS, INC., its subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers and all of their respective directors, officers, employees, representatives and agents from any liability, damages, losses or injury resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from the entrant's participation in the raffle and/or acceptance and use of any prize. 5.
